How we work

A call, a discovery, a slice you can click — then a retainer if it compounds.

Top studios publish how you buy, not only what they sell. Four commercial shapes. Five delivery steps. No fake countdown, no bait-and-switch seniors.

30 minutes

Strategy call

Founders, CEOs, CTOs, and operations leads who can describe the painful workflow.

  • · A working conversation — not a demo theatre.
  • · A written note on whether the first slice is SEO, software, AI, or automation.
  • · What should wait. Saying no is part of the call.

Not included: A free audit, a proposal deck, or a price before we have seen the stack.

Usually 1–2 weeks, fixed

Discovery sprint

Teams who know it hurts but cannot yet write a statement of work.

  • · Access review (CRM, Search Console, repo, inboxes — only what is needed).
  • · A v1 boundary, a risk list, and a sequenced backlog.
  • · A recommendation to build, automate, or stop.

Not included: A 90-page PDF nobody implements. If the right answer is “do not build yet,” we say that.

Weeks to a small number of months

Project slice

A bounded journey you can click: one workflow, one money-page cluster, one portal, one RAG channel.

  • · A written scope and definition of done.
  • · Staging URLs from the first slice.
  • · Handover: what shipped, how to run it, what will rot if nobody owns it.

Not included: An 18-month Gantt chart for an MVP. Scope changes against something real.

Monthly, after a slice is live

Retainer

Operators who want one backlog across search, product, intelligence, and operations.

  • · A monthly ship cadence and a one-page narrative for leadership.
  • · Specialists get the issue log. Vanity charts are not the deliverable.
  • · The people on the kickoff stay on the work.

Not included: A junior bait-and-switch. Not a portal you cannot export.

Delivery

  1. 01

    Discover

A working session on how demand enters, how you deliver, and which tools are staying. You leave with a written boundary for v1.

  2. 02

    Identify the gaps

We watch the real workflow — including the spreadsheet that was not on the brief — and name what is broken before we write a line of automation or code.

  3. 03

    Design the system

Architecture for search, software, AI, or automation (often more than one). You sign off on what the system is allowed to do.

  4. 04

    Build and integrate

Shipped in slices you can click. CRM, analytics, and content are connected on purpose, not as a phase-two myth.

  5. 05

    Measure and compound

GA4, Search Console, CRM, and run logs. We keep what moves a number and retire what does not.

Commercial notes

Paid work is governed by a statement of work. Public pages are not a contract.

You own commissioned code and content under that agreement. We do not trap you in an unexportable builder unless you choose a hosted component on purpose.

We decline unsupervised commercial spam, impersonation of licensed professionals, and “wrap an API key in a landing page” work a freelancer should do in a weekend.

Book a strategy call

Tell us the workflow that is wasting the most hours.

A 30-minute strategy call is enough to see whether the first slice is SEO, software, AI, or automation — and what should wait.
