AutoFy Tech (“we”) is a technology studio operating globally through autofytech.com. This policy covers the website and related enquiry forms. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

If you send a strategy-call request we store your name, work email, company, website, the practice you selected, and your message. If you email us, we keep that correspondence. If you enable analytics on a deployed copy of this site (Google Analytics 4 via NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID), GA4 may collect approximate location, device, and page views. We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to deliver work we have agreed, to invoice, and — if you have asked — to send occasional project notes. We do not add enquiries to a marketing blast list without a separate opt-in.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a contract or accounting rule requires longer. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at autofytech@gmail.com.

Processors

Hosting, DNS, and email providers will process data as needed to run the site. If a form integration (for example Resend) is configured, that provider processes the message in order to deliver it to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including UK GDPR and EU GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of the data we hold. Contact autofytech@gmail.com.
